PRINTING MANUAL TECHNIQUE PART I

First of all I will explain about PRINTING MANUAL TECHNIQUE. PRINTING MANUAL TECHNIQUE is process print character or picture at one particular object by using a certain appliance.

Equipment used for the printing is :

1. Desk
Desk for printing accomodated with object size which will to be printed

2. Screen
Screen made from mixing between Nylon and Sutra

3. Rakel
Rakel made from rubber patched at wood. Rakel used for releasing ink from pore of the screen by pressing rakel above surface of screen.

4. Ink

5. Oil

Oil used for thinning ink, example: M3, M4, Reduser, etc.

If we want print something, example: T-shirt, Hat, Plastic, sticker, paper, cloth, etc. we take sample print cloth which used for endue seat of motorcyle.

First of all we must having picture for printing in our motorcyle. If picture has ready then we print the picture at paper trace. Then we entered in AFDRUK procces, in this procces we must preparing screen, picture has printed at paper trace, glass, spume, Diasol dilution, sunshine (can also with manual light with lamp).

First of we preparing artless screen then we smear the artless screen with using diasol dilution and smooth down the dilution flattened on the surface of screen, last dry (don’t be hit by sunshine). After dry we preparing glass and spome, then save the picture has printed at paper trace above surface of screen, then paste up glass above surface the picture, then paste up spome under surface of screen. Finally illuminate the screen with sunshine during ± 3 minute, and don’t forget during irradiating procces, push the glass which paste up above surface of the screen.
